If my descendants and my husbands descendants are not agreeable to who is choosen they will convene a meeting and and if they still cannot agree then they shall go to the head of Oldercloister and the pastor of Hydaerd and they will decide the most smartest of the descendants who should study and the descendants should go along with the pastors decision. In case there are no suitable candidates then the oldest descendants man or woman they should enjoy the income until that time that another suitable student candidate which will last till they are of 25 years of age to study. That this is what I wish and that they will continue this together so that it remains in the family if not it will go to the Oldercloister. Or the descendants can convene and agree that a descendant could lease the land and income paid to a clark towards a fund this is my utmost wish, and I pray to the pastor to record and fulfill the above, and that I Bennidictus Idsert Tibbinga with my own hand sign on this St Anna Day the year 1479.
